Whenever a user clicks on request a new work order, I would like to have a section above the actual work order with tips on what information is helpful, how to take screen shots, etc. A personalized work order section that everyone sees.
I created a "HOW TO CREATE A WORK ORDER" document in a previous district that walked people through how to create a work order and what information I needed in order to complete the work order. It was very helpful, and you can customize it however you want.
