From a management standpoint, need WorkOrders to email the tech who the work order is assigned to. It helps with the communication process. Most helpdesk has this feature and it would be nice to have it here.

This feature already exists. The system will send an email once the work order has been assigned to a tech. Please enter a ticket within our support portal if certain techs are not receiving an email notification. (They may have their email notification settings turned off). Thanks!
