Would be helpful to be able to edit a note after it had been entered in the event there were spelling errors or missing information and wasn't caught before hitting the save button.

Many users do not see the small Please click here to view the full details. Have a larger button or link that just says Update Work Order would allow them to see it better.

All inventories run by item numbers, not alphabetically.

Would help to see which tickets are picked up.

Will drastically reduce the number of individual work orders generated.
